This 6-week live course of self-discovery will guide you in preparing for the end of your life. Together, we will have conversations where you’ll discuss your vision for the end of your life as if it were your last three months. We’ll also discuss the steps you’ll need to take to make that vision a reality. The purpose of this course is to create a compelling plan for the end of your life, so that you can more fully enjoy living your life.

While much of this course can be completed at your own pace, you will also have the benefit and pleasure of interacting with others enrolled in the course both in a live Zoom call each week and in a private online community. 

During this course, we’ll be:

• Taking a look at a vision for the last 3 months of life in 5 domains of life (physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and practical),  and then developing actions steps to actualize that vision.

• Exploring each domain in detail using a variety of materials, including Q&A opportunities subject-matter guest experts.

• Looking deeply at personal beliefs and values in a safe supportive container with other folks on a similar journey.
