What is an End of Life Doula?

As an End of Life Doula, I provide supportive care and a compassionate presence to you and your loved ones during illness and the dying process. I can also help fill the care gap by extending support to your care team – loved ones, hospice, and medical personnel.  Finally, in order for you to have the best possible experience of your final time on Earth, I can assist you in identifying your priorities in five areas of your life by using a process called “Best Three Months” and doing vision planning with you those close to you.

In the big adventure that is death, we will work to allow you to focus on what is most important to you. That includes working with grief, forgiveness, creating ritual, and bringing healing practices to the sacred process of dying. Your beliefs, values, and cultural norms will be honored in this context of peace and comfort.

Together we will create the life you want throughout your dying process in any care setting before, during, and after the death experience.

Die as consciously as you lived,
on your own terms.
